How do I include a file (screenshot, form, etc) with my support ticket?

Unfortunately the ITSM web form system used on this site does not support attachments.  To add an attachment to your ticket you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Submit the ticket using our web form. Provide as much detail as needed.
  2. Wait for the “Service Request [####] created…” email message to be delivered. It will be from the UFIT Service Desk.
  3. Reply to the UFIT Service Desk’s email. Include the attachment and any additional information.  Feel free to add, change, or delete TO/CC addresses, subject or body of the message.  However, do not delete the CMI information at the bottom of the message. ITSM uses this information to properly add the information to your ticket.
