Instead of duplicating efforts by creating our own support documentation all the helpful information you need about joining, creating, and hosting meetings using Zoom.US and using the Zoom Client for Meetings application can be found on the Zoom Support website: https://support.zoom.us/. Keep in mind that you’ll use UF’s single signon (SSO) option. Some important information about Zoom is also summarized below:

• All UF faculty, staff, and students have a free Basic account.
• Basic accounts can host meetings with up to 10 participants and no longer than 40 minutes.
• UF people use their Gatorlink credentials to sign-in by using the SSO option with the ufl domain.
