The information in this KB only applies if your mailbox resides in UF Exchange and will not work for GatorMail mailboxes.

Unfortunately there is not feature parity between Outlook for the Mac and Outlook for Windows. As a result, you cannot edit the distribution group using the Mac version of Outlook.
